Run by the team behind Ku Bar, SHE has a similar flair for laying on entertainment: as well as club nights, it regularly offers comedy, cabaret, karaoke and quiz evenings.
Opened in 2011, Circa is one of Soho’s more versatile LGBTQ spaces. Happy Hour is a hit with punters – get up to 50% off drinks Sunday – Friday until 8pm!
There’s a quiz night on Wednesdays and bingo on Tuesdays, but The Duke of Wellington is most inviting on Mondays, when many drinks cost £3.50. There’s a pretty simple food menu but realistically, most people come here to drink and mingle. G-A-Y is an iconic hotspot of Soho’s vibrant nightlife, standing as a beacon for the younger generation and older LGBTQ+ community and allies.
The Admiral Duncan pub holds significant historical value, boasting an LGBTQ+ heritage that dates back to the 1950s. Located at 77 Wardour St, The Duke of Wellington, has become popular for socialising with friends over a drink. The venue is distinguished by its distinct décor, alluring selection of cocktails, and lively DJ nights, culminating in a vibrant and inclusive social environment.
In the summer, drinkers spill out on to the street and it’s fun shuttling between Rupert Street and The Yard, which is handily located right across the road.
This busy bears’ pub has been around for ever, and attracts a loyal crowd of stocky, hairy, beardy guys who like a pint.

Village Soho
Village Soho is a three-story venue that offers a distinctive experience on each level. It's centred around Old Compton Street, where you can spend a raucous night at the enduringly popular G-A-Y bar or down unpretentious drinks at pubs like The Admiral Duncan.
This pre-club gay bar, complete with a stylish curved ceiling and featuring DJ sets from Wednesday to Saturday, offers an ideal setting for socialising or unwinding with friends. Downstairs is a louche L-shaped space with cute corner seating; upstairs is a calmer room that’s great for people watching if you can bag a window seat.
It’s the ideal place to catch up with pals or make new friends in a chill atmosphere while enjoying fantastic cocktails.

The Yard Bar
The Yard Bar stands out with its gorgeous and captivating courtyard, perfect for those looking for a fancy yet fun night out.
